My last post to this blog was more than three months ago. Why? One word... facebook. It has become my means of communicating with friends and family. I don't think it is as comprehensive as a blog, but it's easier, more immediate, and without doubt more widely read. So... for the time being this becomes an archive of memories from my first year in Mexico.
I am however considering another blog strictly reserved for the occasional rant. I feel the need to express my frustrations with what I see as the differences between the common perceptions of the world and its events and mine.
